my favorite topic

my favorite topic that we discussed this past semester was synergy.  i am surrounded by a lot of team atmosphere things like sports, teaching, and school groups.  Within in these fields it is very important to build synergy.  a lot of times we focus on a lot of individual accolades that we forget the team concept.  Because of that, a lot of my sports teams and groups don't really mesh well.  What this class has taught me was to do a lot of team building exercises and how to develop stronger problem solving   It also taught me that it is very important to solve these problems because they can help build the bond of getting a team closer.   So, now i will try to develop these tools with my groups and try these exercises to see how much better we could develop as a team.
